My mission is really quite simple: I want to add beauty to the world and inspire people to follow their hearts and go after their dreams.
I create in order to satisfy a need to add beauty to the world, to make it a little nicer, one painting at a time. I use my hands to express that which my words can’t. With that being said, my work is not a monologue. My loose, almost abstract style invites the viewer to participate, to bring his inner world into my art. I grew up in 3 different countries and lived in 3 others as an adult (and traveled pretty much the rest of the world) and I speak 5 languages. Having experienced a variety of cultures and seeing a wide scope of the world has increased my appreciation for art and for the abundant beauty that surrounds us. One thing I'm consistent about in life is living my passion and pursuing my dreams. My artwork style is abstract-realistic - it is the culmination of a global quest for purpose, discovered through art & design. Through my pieces, I connect past and present, merging dreams with reality, and bridging the spiritual with the material. My work explores contrasts and polarities, embodying themes of freedom and union, beauty and belonging. It's about navigating balance and finding the middle way between extremes, continually adapting to find one's place in this vast and varied world.
