Hello Spring!

It was a long winter but it didn't last forever (although it seemed like it would at times) and spring is finally here! Yay :)

The weather is looking good for tomorrow's first Friday at Glacier Sotheby's on 434 N Higgins Ave, Missoula,  from 5-8 pm and a couple of fun things will be happening at the show: If you've heard me talking about encaustic for the last couple of years and have no idea what it is or how it's made there will be a cool video of my encaustic process accompanying the paintings, courtesy of Tyler Schanck and his fabulous crew, here's a sneak peek.

Also, Stewart Title of Missoula, which is co-sponsoring the event, has purchased a couple of my framed encaustic monotypes and they will be giving them away at the end of the evening, and last but not least, I am offering a first Friday special for my mailing list subscribers of 10% off any original painting, so if you've had your eye on a certain piece tomorrow is your chance!
